<li> <span class="style1">Re-Plumbing works:</span> <span class="style3 style9">from + $48.00 per hour</span>. Let's be very positive and assume the plumber won't take longer than an hour (which doesn't usually happen) </li>
<li> <span class="style1">Perhaps you only cause a small leak:</span> <span class="style3 style9">+ 28.00</span> Quickly repaired resulting in the staining of your grout stretching for only 3 feet of your tile job, about 14 of tiles. </li>

However, once again, we're going to be fairly modest and assume you were only grouting a small area resulting in a loss of only half a bag of epoxy. </li>
<li><span class="style1"> Not properly preparing the surface:</span> <span class="style3 style9">$Price-less</span> This kind of mistake can easily give you no other option than having to re-do the whole job from scratch. </li>
<li> <span class="style1">Small surfacing problems (each):</span> <span class="style3 style9">+ $22.00</span> The best case scenario assumes there were no problems with the actual "surface" itself. Although <span class="style9">it wasn't properly cleaned resulting in loose tiles</span>. Furthermore, we'll assume this was a fairly small tile job resulting in the following losses: half a bag of grout, only 5 chipped tiles and half a bag of thin-set. A modest estimate. </li>
